Yoga Classes

We offer modern nondogmatic yoga classes, also referred to as "yoga as exercise", at all levels and for all goals.  American yoga generally focuses on asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises) in order to bring peace to the mind, body, and spirit as the class progresses.  Practices are designed to promote strength, flexibility, and mindfulness, and to relieve stress and discomfort.  We offer a variety of Vinyasa Flow, Alignment, Restorative, and Yin yoga classes.  Contact us today if you need help picking a class.

Yoga and Music

If you like music (like us), we have a few yoga classes with a little extra punch:

  •  Sunday noon - Yoga with a musical twist (Vinyasa with live music)
  • Sunday evening - Rock and Flow (Vinyasa flow to Rock and Roll)
  • Saturday morning - Power Ballad Align and Flow

Hula Hoop Core Strength

Yoga flavored Hula Hoops!  Good for balance, posture, rhythm, and most of all, core strength.  Hoops provided - late Saturday morning.
