
Welcome to Inscape Yoga! I'm Missy LeAna founder of Inscape Yoga. You can find out here more about my brutiful yoga journey (it's been a brutal and beautiful ride...brutiful), where I'm teaching, some yoga videos, and whatever else I find along my yogie life journey. It is my mission to provide a variety of beginner friendly to advanced yoga practices to bring balance to the mind, body, & spirit within a welcoming community. Yoga is for everyone!
Dear Beloved Inscape Family,
I am happy to announce that I will be able to continue teaching yoga at 2 beautiful and amazing studios. I am teaching at Alegria Dance Studio in West Columbia and Corazon Holistic Health in Columbia. I will start this new schedule August 15, 2022. I hope to see you on your mat soon!!
