Welcome to Inscape Yoga

 Hi, I’m Missy-LeAna, the founder of Inscape Yoga.


Inscape Yoga is a space for people who want a more practical, supportive approach to yoga — one that meets you where you are and fits into real life. I teach yoga as a tool for moving with less strain, breathing with more awareness, and feeling more at ease in your body and day-to-day life.


Here you’ll find information about group classes, private yoga sessions, and yoga therapy offerings, along with resources to help you understand what each option is and how to get started. You can always check the class schedule page for current locations and times.


Inscape Yoga welcomes beginners, experienced practitioners, and anyone returning to yoga after time away. Whether you’re looking for gentle movement, stress support, or a more individualized approach, you’re invited to start exactly where you are.

Missy-LeAna’s Quick Body Reset Series

Simple techniques to help release tension, calm the nervous system, and help the body move with more ease.


In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn practical tools you can use anytime your body feels tight, stressed, or uncomfortable.


We’ll explore:

• A 30-Second Nervous System Reset to help the body relax

• A 60-Second Back Spasm Reset to release tight muscles

• Gentle movements that support the hips, shoulders, and back

• Simple breathing techniques that help calm the body


These are easy tools you can use at home, at work, or anytime your body needs a reset.
