Movements are offered with options so you can work at a pace that feels right for you. Perfect for beginners, those returning to yoga, or anyone who wants to build strength and balance without a fast-paced practice.
WEDNESDAY • 10:15 AM
Beginner Gentle Yoga: Foundations
Build your yoga practice from the ground up in a relaxed, supportive environment. We’ll explore foundational yoga poses, gentle movement, flexibility, balance, and breath while taking the time to understand how movements can work for your body.
No yoga experience is needed. This class is especially welcoming for beginners, anyone returning after time away, or those who simply prefer a slower, more approachable practice.
WEDNESDAY • 6:00 PM
Unwind & Reset
Give yourself space to slow down in the middle of a busy week. This calming practice blends gentle movement, restorative postures, Yin-inspired stretching, and mindful breathing to help release physical tension and settle the body and mind.
No need to perform, push, or keep up. Come as you are, move in a way that feels supportive, and leave feeling a little more spacious, grounded, and ready for whatever comes next.
FRIDAY • 10:15 AM
Beginner Gentle Yoga: Building Confidence
End the week by building confidence in the way you move. Through gentle, supportive yoga, we’ll continue developing strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and body awareness while exploring movements that can support you both on and off the mat.
