I’m currently welcoming new yoga therapy clients.
Yoga therapy is a supportive, individualized approach that uses gentle movement, breathing practices, and guided relaxation to help you feel more comfortable in your body and more steady in daily life. Sessions are tailored to your needs, goals, and current abilities.
To get started, please complete the Client Intake Form. This helps me prepare for our first session and make our time together as helpful as possible. Take your time, and only share what you feel comfortable sharing — you’re always welcome to skip any questions.
Thank you for trusting me with your care. I’m honored to support you.

Yoga therapy is a one-on-one, individualized approach that uses gentle movement, breathing practices, and guided relaxation to support physical comfort, emotional regulation, and overall well-being.
Unlike group yoga classes or private yoga lessons, yoga therapy is tailored specifically to your needs, limitations, and goals. Sessions may support concerns such as pain, mobility challenges, stress, anxiety, recovery from injury or illness, or navigating life transitions.
Yoga therapy is not about achieving poses or pushing limits. It’s about working with your body as it is, building awareness, and developing practical tools you can use in everyday life.

Yoga therapy is typically offered as a short-term program to allow time for progress, integration, and at-home practice.
Most clients begin with a six-week program, meeting either weekly or every other week, depending on their needs and schedule.
