I’m currently welcoming new yoga therapy clients.


Yoga therapy is a supportive, individualized approach that uses gentle movement, breathing practices, and guided relaxation to help you feel more comfortable in your body and more steady in daily life.


Sessions are tailored to your needs, goals, and current abilities.


How to Get Started

We’ll start with a simple 30-minute consultation.


This gives us a chance to talk through what’s going on, what you’re looking for, and whether this feels like the right fit for you.

As part of the booking process, you’ll complete a short form and submit your payment to reserve your spot. The form is quick and helps me understand what you’re coming in with so we can make the most of our time together.


What to Expect

Your consultation is relaxed and conversational.


We’ll talk through your goals, any concerns, and what support might look like moving forward.


If it feels like a good fit, we’ll create a clear starting point for your sessions together.


Consultation

The $30 consultation fee is applied toward your 6-week yoga therapy package if you choose to continue.

What Is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga therapy is a one-on-one, individualized approach that uses gentle movement, breathing practices, and guided relaxation to support how you feel in your body—and how you move through daily life.


Unlike group classes or private yoga lessons, yoga therapy is tailored specifically to your needs, limitations, and goals. Sessions may support things like pain, mobility challenges, stress, anxiety, recovery from injury or illness, or simply feeling more steady and comfortable day to day.


Yoga therapy is not about achieving poses or pushing limits.

It’s about working with your body as it is, building awareness, and learning simple, practical tools you can use in real life.


Yoga therapy is designed to support your overall well-being and works best alongside—rather than in place of—medical care, physical therapy, or mental health support when needed.

Investment & Program Options

 Yoga therapy is offered as a short-term, focused program to allow time for progress, integration, and building simple practices you can use in your daily life.


Sessions are scheduled every other week, giving you time to apply what we work on and notice real changes in your body, breath, and overall well-being.


Most clients begin with a 6-week program, which includes three one-on-one sessions along with personalized guidance and at-home practices.


Pricing

  • 6-Week Program: $300


We’ll talk through your goals during your consultation and create a plan that feels supportive, realistic, and sustainable.
