Over the past year and a half, I have been in Yoga Therapy training with My Vinyasa Practice. I hope to have my yoga therapy certification by Fall of 2024.
My passion is helping others find the inner peace, self awareness and confidence, physical fitness, and wealth of love and friendships that the yoga community provides.
