Whether you're practicing solo or bringing a partner, these sessions allow for meaningful attention to your unique goals, movement patterns, and breath.


Sessions are held in a cozy, private studio space that comfortably accommodates one to two students—perfect for those who prefer a quiet, personalized experience.

Pricing

  • Private Lesson (One-on-One): $60 per session
  • Semi-Private Lesson (Two Students): $30 per person

Ready to Flow? Here’s How to Prepare


• Eat Light Before Class

For the most comfortable practice, try to avoid heavy meals 1–3 hours beforehand.

• Stay Hydrated Throughout the Day

A well-hydrated body moves, stretches, and breathes with more ease.

• Wear Comfortable, Stretchy Clothing

Choose clothing that allows you to move freely without adjusting constantly.

• Bring Your Yoga Mat

Tri City does not currently provide mats, so please bring your own.

• Arrive a Few Minutes Early

This helps you settle in, breathe, and begin your practice with calm intention.
