Weekly Class Schedule


Monday

• 10:00 AM – Beginner Gentle Yoga: Start Where You Are

A supportive, beginner-friendly class—perfect if you’re new to yoga or returning after time away. Move at your own pace, reconnect with your breath, and ease into gentle movement.


• 5:30 PM – Strong & Steady Yoga

Build strength, balance, and body awareness through slow, intentional movement.


Wednesday

• 10:00 AM – Beginner Gentle Yoga: Start Where You Are

Beginner-friendly and designed to help you re-establish your practice with care and clarity.


• 12:00 PM – Stretch, Breathe, Reset (45 min)

A peaceful midday break to restore energy and release tension.


• 5:30 PM – Unwind & Restore

A calming, end-of-day practice to help the body and mind soften into stillness.


Friday

• 10:30 AM – Strong & Steady Yoga

Strengthen and stretch through steady, mindful sequences.


• 12:00 PM – Chair Yoga for Strength & Balance (45 min)

Supportive and accessible movement using chairs to build strength, balance, and confidence.


Pricing & Class Passes

• Single Class

Tri City Members: $8

Non-Members: $12


• 10-Class Pass

Tri City Members: $80

Non-Members: $120


Please Note: Payment is made directly to Tri City Leisure Center at the front desk before class. Cash or check only. Instructors do not handle payments.


All classes are beginner-friendly.


Ready to Flow? A Few Helpful Tips

• Eat light before class (avoid heavy meals 1–3 hours beforehand)

• Stay hydrated throughout the day

• Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing

• Bring your own mat (props are limited)

• Arrive a few minutes early to settle in
