Tri City Weekly Class Schedule


Monday

• 10:00–11:00 AM — Gentle / Chair Hybrid

Soft, accessible movement using a mix of seated and standing poses.

• 5:30–6:30 PM — Evening Unwind Yoga

A calming, breath-led class to release tension after work.


Wednesday

• 10:00–11:00 AM — Mobility / Slow Flow

Gentle stretching and joint support for healthy aging.

• 12:00–12:45 PM — Midday Reset Yoga

A peaceful lunchtime break to restore energy and focus.

• 5:30–6:30 PM — Evening Wind-Down Yoga

A grounding, restorative end-of-day flow.


Friday

• 10:30–11:30 AM — Strength & Stretch Yoga

A balanced blend of strengthening and slow, mindful stretching.


Pricing

• Tri City Members: $8 per class

• Non-Members: $12 per class

Payment is made directly to Tri City Leisure Center at the front desk before class.

No payments are collected by the instructor.


All classes are beginner-friendly.

Please bring your own yoga mat.

Ready to Flow? Here’s How to Prepare

 

• Eat Light Before Class

For the most comfortable practice, try to avoid heavy meals 1–3 hours beforehand.

• Stay Hydrated Throughout the Day

A well-hydrated body moves, stretches, and breathes with more ease.

• Wear Comfortable, Stretchy Clothing

Choose clothing that allows you to move freely without adjusting constantly.

• Bring Your Yoga Mat

Tri City does not currently provide mats, so please bring your own.

• Arrive a Few Minutes Early

This helps you settle in, breathe, and begin your practice with calm intention.
