I am so happy to share a beautiful new beginning taking shape this winter.
Beginning in December 2025, I will be offering yoga at the Tri City Leisure Center in West Columbia, bringing gentle, accessible movement and grounding breathwork to a wider part of our community. This new offering will be known as:
Congaree Calm Yoga at Tri City
Rooted in Cayce. Made for Every Body.
These classes are designed for all ages and all levels, especially for those who want to move slowly, release tension, improve mobility, and feel more supported during daily life. Whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or simply wanting a gentle practice to reconnect with yourself, this will be a welcoming space for you.
I’ll be offering multiple classes throughout the week, including mornings, lunchtime, and early evening options. The official schedule and full class descriptions will be released soon.
This opportunity feels like a meaningful step in expanding Inscape Yoga’s mission to make mindful movement and breath-based practices available to every body in our community. I’m grateful for your support through big changes, healing, growth, and new beginnings. It means more than you know.
